I work with founders, small leadership teams and growing businesses who want their business to run better, whether that means managing a single project, producing an event, building smarter systems, or providing ongoing operational support.
Some of my clients need help with one specific thing: a retreat to plan, a launch to coordinate, a system to build. Others need a longer-term partner to bring structure and calm to a complex project or the way their business operates day to day.
Either way, I bring over seven years of freelance experience and more than a decade in corporate operations, events and marketing management. I work on retainer, on a project basis, or as a combination of both, depending on what you need.
How I Work With Clients
1. Complex Project & Event Delivery
I specialise in delivering projects and events with many moving parts. The more complex the logistics, the more I thrive.
In 2025, I delivered over 100 events, including:
A national culture change programme for the public sector, worth over seven figures
90+ workshops delivered across the UK
International business retreats in Europe and the Middle East
A London conference for senior global leaders
Multi-day leadership retreats and high-end curated experiences
My role covers end-to-end event management: venue sourcing, supplier coordination, speaker and facilitator management, delegate communications, registration systems, and programme logistics. I am often the central operational point of contact between all stakeholders.
A key part of how I work is that I can deliver complex events and programmes remotely. I build the systems, manage the logistics, coordinate the people, and ensure everything runs smoothly, often without needing to be physically on-site. For conferences and certain events I am in the room, but for large-scale workshop programmes and international retreats, I frequently manage delivery from a distance. It is one of the things my clients value most.
2. Strategic Operations Support (Retainer)
I act as an operational partner to founders and small leadership teams who need structure, coordination and delivery oversight without hiring a full-time employee.
This typically includes:
Project and programme management
Operational coordination across teams and stakeholders
Delivery planning and logistics
Scheduling and communications management
Systems and workflow design
Backend business systems (Kajabi, Zapier, Dubsado, Flodesk)
Retainers are typically 10 to 15 hours per week and are designed to give you consistent, reliable operational support.
3. Systems & Strategy Builds
I also work with small businesses on focused projects to build operational systems that reduce chaos and improve how things run.
This can include:
Client journey builds in Dubsado
Automation workflows in Zapier
Marketing systems and email sequences
Workflow and operations audits
One-day marketing and systems strategy sessions
These builds are ideal if you know your business needs better systems but you do not have the time or headspace to figure out what goes where.
I have deep knowledge in Kajabi, Flodesk, Squarespace, Dubsado, Zapier, Notion, Canva, MailChimp. And I also have much experience working across multiple project management tools such as Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.
